I am an enterprise SA leader based in New York City. Having started my career as an application developer, becoming a sales engineer about 6 years later was a dream come true. No one tells you what an “SE” is while you’re in college, there are no mentorship programs available and no communities to guide you. Being an SE at AppDynamics proved a life changing experience for me and I learned many valuable skills from some of my mentors there. I founded SENY to share my knowledge and provide others a space where they can ask questions freely and form a close-knit community that is always ready to help.

As a Solutions Engineer, I love helping customers reach their goals and priorities through technological transformation. My career has allowed me to implement and solution CRM for some of the biggest, best and most innovative companies in the world. My true passion is being a leader and teaching future generations how to problem solve to progress themselves and society. The SENY network brings the best of Solutions Engineering in New York together to discuss best practices, the technology landscape and connection to an amazing group of people.
Samuel Pena, Co-Founder
I am a global SE leader for Pluralsight. I started as a business analyst in the financial sector before building a career as a sales engineer for companies working to solve complex business problems. My passion is empowering the success of my customers by understanding their goals, problems and opportunities, and creating the best possible solution. Additionally, I get to teach and help mentor the up and coming tech leaders as an adjunct professor at NYU, where I teach a master class in Information Management and Data Analytics. Combining my passion of teaching others and solving challenging business problems has led me to join SENY where I have been fortunate to get to share some of my experiences and best practices in this field.
Eric Glick , Co-Founder
Eric is currently the Head of Solutions Engineering at coda.io. Prior to Coda, he was an SE Leader at Slack. Before starting his career in Sales Engineering, Eric worked in management consulting and corporate finance, and has a non-technical degree (Finance). He enjoys working with companies that are looking at ways to become more efficient, challenge the status quo and find unique ways to achieve their business objectives. Through SENY, Eric is focused on mentoring people in the field, expanding his leadership network, discussing industry trends and sharing best practices.
